$30 a person sleeps 5 people.
2 person cabin $60 1-2 people 3rd person can sleep on cot for additional $10
a 13% sales tax will be added to all lodging 6 % state and 7% city.
Main House
1-5 people is $200 a night
6 or more people is $275 a night
one week $1000
one month $2000
13 % tax will be added to all rentals
House has 8 beds + 1 pull out that is in closet.
House is to be left as found:
- no dishes in sink
- counters and floors clean
- beds can be left as is, do not make dirty beds.
All trash out doors in out door trash can.
If the house is not to be left as specified above add a $60 cleaning fee.
